A Publication of the Williams Syndrome Association / June 2009
Greetings!
Have you ever heard the phrase, “It takes a village to raise a child?” Well, it takes a community to make a difference and the Williams Syndrome Association needs your help today!
The WSA strives to enrich the lives of individuals affected by Williams syndrome through education, support and research. We operate music camps, host bi-annual national conventions, publish quarterly newsletters, fund groundbreaking research, connect families with each other, facilitate regional programming and so much more.
Whether you are a parent, a neighbor, a teacher or a friend of someone with Williams syndrome, we encourage you to be an active part of the WSA community and ask you to make a gift to the WSA Annual Fund today. Your gift, whether it is $1 or $1,000, will make an immediate difference in the life of someone with Williams syndrome. It may help a low-income family attend a national convention, provide funding for the WSA Patient Registry or enable the WSA to launch new initiatives such as additional camp locations, an IEP Resource Center or a comprehensive awareness campaign.
Make a gift and pass this email along today. Remember, it takes a community to make a difference!
To make a gift by credit card, visit www.williams-syndrome.org and click on “Make a Donation” or call our office at 1-800-806-1871.
If you prefer to send a check, payable to the Williams Syndrome Association, please mail it to:
